To set up attendance tracking for a new class, navigate to Classes > Create Class. Fill in the course details, select a schedule template, and configure the attendance policy. Once created, students enrolled through your LMS will automatically be linked to the class.

Students can check in using multiple methods: the AutoTend mobile app with location verification, a QR code displayed by the instructor, entering a unique session code, or through your LMS if direct integration is enabled. The method depends on your institution's configuration.

At-risk alerts are triggered when a student's attendance falls below the threshold set in your attendance policy (default is 80%). You can customize thresholds per class or globally. Alerts can also be triggered by consecutive absences or declining attendance trends.

Go to Integrations > LMS and click 'Connect' for your LMS. You'll need to enter your LMS URL and authenticate with admin credentials. Once connected, courses and rosters will sync automatically. Grade passback can be enabled in the integration settings.

Yes! Navigate to Analytics > Compliance to generate reports. You can export data in CSV, Excel, or PDF formats. Reports can be scheduled to run automatically and include all data required for FERPA, Title IV, and state reporting requirements.

Go to Users > Invite and send an invitation with the appropriate role (Administrator, IT Admin, or Department Admin). You can also sync admin accounts from your identity provider through SSO settings. Each role has specific permissions that can be customized.
